Roofing Holmes began the way many good Kiwi businesses do - with Grandad, a ladder, and a reputation built one handshake at a time.

For decades, he kept homes dry, families safe, and customers coming back purely through word of mouth. No advertising, no flash logos. Just honest work, a friendly face and a lot of experience.

Now, as Grandad hangs up his toolbelt for a well-earned retirement, the next generation is stepping up. Alex is taking the reins, bringing years of industry know-how with him. Joining him on site is the other half of the dream team, Uncle Tura, and behind the scenes will be Alice, running the admin, accounts, and the shiny new social media you’ll be seeing more of.

While the business will be getting a fresh start, the heart of it stays the same: a family team, genuine service, and roofs built to last. New look, same values, and still proudly keeping homes (and whānau) covered, for many more years to come.
