We are Alice and Alex and we are 2/3 of the Roofing Holmes team!

We are lacing up for the Kāpiti half marathon on November 8th, and we’ve decided to give back while doing it!

We are donating 1% of every job (booked and/or completed) between July 1 and November 1 2026 to The Cancer Society NZ.

If you’ve been thinking about a re-roof, repair or upgrade, now is the perfect time to get it sorted and do some good at the same time.

  • 1. Promotion Period  

    This promotion applies to all eligible roofing jobs booked between 1 July and 1 November 2026.

    2. Eligible Jobs  

    An “eligible job” includes any roofing work accepted and confirmed between yourself and Roofing Holmes during the promotion period, including repairs, maintenance, re‑roofs, and new roofing installations.

    Jobs already booked before 1 July 2026 but scheduled to be completed between 1 July and 1 November 2026 are also included.

    3. Donation Amount  

    Roofing Holmes will donate 1% of the job value for every eligible job.

    4. How Donations Are Calculated

     The donation is calculated based on the final invoiced amount of each eligible job.

    Any variations, additions, or deductions applied to the job will be reflected in the final donation amount.

    5. When Donations Are Made

     Donations will be totalled and paid in a single lump sum within 30 days of the promotion ending.

    6. Deposit‑Based Eligibility  

    Jobs do not need to be completed before 1 November 2026 to qualify.

    A job will be included in the donation total if:

    • A 50% non‑refundable deposit is paid on or before 1 November 2026, and

    • The job is either booked during the promotion period or was already booked to be completed during this period.

    • Completion dates may fall after the promotion period due to scheduling or workload.

    7. Cancellations  

    If a job is cancelled or the deposit is not paid, it will not qualify for the donation.

    8. Promotion Changes  

    Roofing Holmes reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this promotion at any time, but any eligible jobs already booked or deposited will still qualify and be donated.

    9. Transparency  

    At the end of the promotion, Roofing Holmes will publicly share the total amount donated across our social media channels.

    10. Acceptance of Terms  

    By booking a job during the promotion period or paying a qualifying deposit, customers are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
